I'M REBECCA
Hey there, I'm Rebecca—a business coach with a mission close to my heart. As a former full-time wedding photographer, I was overjoyed to discover I was expecting my son in 2022. However, I soon was faced with a major dose of reality when I realized I hadn't prepared my business for maternity leave at all.
When my son arrived unexpectedly early and needed special care, my world turned upside down. With no plan in place, I faced editing seven weddings, while trying to care for myself (post emergency c-section) and my preemie baby, hooked up to oxygen monitors 24/7.
This experience showed me firsthand the critical importance of preparing our businesses for maternity leave. As business owners, we owe it to ourselves to prioritize this time.
